  • Responsible for the company's administrative management system preparation, improvement, implementation and supervision work.
  • Responsible for the company's administrative process establishment, optimisation, continuous improvement work.
  • Responsible for the company's administrative cost data collection, analysis and monitoring work.
  • Responsible for the company's administrative assets procurement, inventory, transfer work.
  • Responsible for the company's conference reception management regulations, standards development, guidance, supervision of practical work.
  • Responsible for the company's official documents receipt, issuance, filing, loan management.
  • Responsible for the company's file management.
  • Responsible for the company's office environment management, staff meals, accommodation and other security management.
  • Responsible for the company's various large-scale meetings and staff activities planning, organisation, and other work assigned by the leadership.
Profile recherché
  • Fluent in English, written and spoken
  • Exceptional skills in administrative management and resource operation, coupled with a high proficiency in language, written communication, and adaptability.
  • Experience with administrative documents, files, office space management, canteen, dormitory management
  • Proficiency in EXCEL, POWERPOINT, WORD and other office softwares
  • Capable of independently orchestrating and managing projects, adept at coordinating and scheduling hospitality tasks both domestically and internationally.
  • Over 5 years of administrative management experience, including 2 years work experience in Manager position.
  • Past experience working in a multinational company or overseas
  • Master's degree in Management or higher
