We are seeking an experienced Senior Architect to join our Digital Innovation Center of Excellence, leading the design, implementation, and continuous evolution of large-scale technology solutions. This strategic role requires deep expertise in distributed system architecture and a clear architectural vision for complex enterprise solutions.
Architecture & Design
- Design and maintain global solution architecture for multi-country deployments
- Define architectural standards and best practices
- Develop reference architectures for various use cases
- Ensure scalability, security, and performance of deployed solutions
Technical Leadership
- Lead technical architecture teams on complex projects
- Mentor junior architects and development teams
- Collaborate with product teams to define technical roadmap
- Participate in strategic decisions regarding platform evolution
Implementation & Integration
- Oversee integration with existing systems (legacy, government services, partners)
- Define APIs and interfaces for the technology ecosystem
- Ensure compliance with international standards
- Optimize performance and security of deployments
Profile recherché
Required Profile
Experience
- 8+ yearsin complex systems architecture
- 3+ yearson large-scale technology platforms
- Proven experience in government or institutional system deployments
- Deep understanding of security and data protection
Technical Skills
- Distributed systems architecture, microservices
- Java/Spring Boot, Kubernetes, distributed databases
- PKI, cryptography, regulatory compliance
- Cloud platforms
- CI/CD, containerization, monitoring
