We’re looking for a Customer Support Representative for a leading and innovative project. As a Customer Care Agent your mission will be to.

• Respond to a wide variety of customer cases by phone and email.
• Listen carefully to customer requests and propose the most effective solution.
• Stay professional and calm in any situation and demonstrate an attitude that reflects the best possible image of the company.

Profile recherché

Required Profile -

• Fluency in both Spanish and English is a must
• Proven track record in a call center environment.
• An excellent of customer relationship management techniques (CRM)
• Relational ease
• Lots of calm and self-control
• Background information on IoT (internet of things).
