Are you a passionate and experienced Billing Project Manager/Scrum Master seeking a challenging role in a dynamic IT company? Locate in Morocco, this position offers an exceptional opportunity to contribute your expertise to a growing organization. Your mission will be to lead and guide our billing projects, ensuring timely and accurate billing processes while fostering a collaborative and efficient Scrum team environment. This involves managing project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively. You'll be instrumental in driving project success and ensuring client satisfaction.

Your daily tasks will involve a variety of responsibilities, including:

• Lead the delivery of large-scale projects in Agile and Waterfall environments.
• Manage budgeting, cost estimation, and financial tracking throughout the project lifecycle.
• Build productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Lead Scrum events and Project Backlog management.
• Resolve challenges by negotiating solutions across teams and vendors.
• Monitor project risks, develop mitigation plans, and ensure proactive communication.
• Provide executive-level progress reports and manage change control processes.
• Conduct impact assessments, risk evaluations, and support user acceptance testing.
• Promote continuous improvement and corporate best practices across projects.

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of a Bac +5 or equivalent education level, preferably with a specialization in Computer Science or Project Managment. A strong academic background is essential to comprehend and manage complex technical projects and ensure the delivery of top-tier quality services. A solid foundation in IT infrastructure management is crucial for a deep understanding of the billing processes and systems in our company.

We are looking for a candidate with 5 to 10 years of experience in a relevant position, ideally in a fast-paced IT environment. Significant experience in project management and ideally proven experience as a Scrum Master is essential. This experience should demonstrate a proven track record of successfully leading projects, managing budgets, and delivering results on time and within budget. A solid understanding of billing systems and processes is also required, along with a proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

To succeed in this role, you will need a diverse skill set including:

• 5 to 10 years of Project Management experience, preferably with budgets of $ 1 M+.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and autonomy in project execution.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and drive stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to manage change and work in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-resolution skills.
• Strong experience with MS Office, JIRA, Confluence, and SAP.
• Telecom industry experience is a plus.
• Bilingualism (English and French) is an asset.
• Familiarity with telecom regulations and telecom-specific project challenges.
• Experience with Agile frameworks such as SAFe or Scrum.
