Poste

As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing business needs, managing projects, and coordinating project-related activities, with an additional expertise in the field of Artificial Intelligence. You will work closely with business teams and stakeholders to understand their requirements, propose AI-based solutions, and oversee the implementation of projects. Your key role will be to contribute to the success of initiatives by integrating AI into business solutions.

Profile recherché

Responsibilities:
Business Needs Analysis:

  • Gather and analyze requirements from stakeholders and users.
  • Define functional and non-functional specifications for AI-based projects.

Project Management:

  • Assist the project manager in planning, monitoring, and controlling projects.
  • Coordinate teams and resources involved in AI projects.
  • Track project milestones and deadlines for AI projects and report any deviations.

PMO Activities Coordination:

  • Establish and maintain project management processes and tools.
  • Develop progress reports and dashboards for management and stakeholders.
  • Ensure appropriate documentation and archiving of AI projects.

Contribution to AI-based Business Analysis:

  • Participate in identifying and evaluating opportunities for process improvements through AI.
  • Collaborate with teams to propose AI solutions and recommendations.

Requirements:

  • Degree in computer science, project management, or a related field.
  • Experience as a Business Analyst with project management (PMO) skills.
  • Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and understanding of AI technologies.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication with business teams and stakeholders.
  • Fluent communication in French and English.
  • Knowledge of Dutch would be a plus.

As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in the realization of AI-based projects, combining your business analysis skills with project management abilities. Your AI expertise will be critical in integrating innovative AI solutions to meet business needs and enhance company processes.
