As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing business needs, managing projects, and coordinating project-related activities, with an additional expertise in the field of Artificial Intelligence. You will work closely with business teams and stakeholders to understand their requirements, propose AI-based solutions, and oversee the implementation of projects. Your key role will be to contribute to the success of initiatives by integrating AI into business solutions.

Responsibilities:
Business Needs Analysis:
- Gather and analyze requirements from stakeholders and users.
- Define functional and non-functional specifications for AI-based projects.
Project Management:
- Assist the project manager in planning, monitoring, and controlling projects.
- Coordinate teams and resources involved in AI projects.
- Track project milestones and deadlines for AI projects and report any deviations.
PMO Activities Coordination:
- Establish and maintain project management processes and tools.
- Develop progress reports and dashboards for management and stakeholders.
- Ensure appropriate documentation and archiving of AI projects.
Contribution to AI-based Business Analysis:
- Participate in identifying and evaluating opportunities for process improvements through AI.
- Collaborate with teams to propose AI solutions and recommendations.
Requirements:
- Degree in computer science, project management, or a related field.
- Experience as a Business Analyst with project management (PMO) skills.
- Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and understanding of AI technologies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication with business teams and stakeholders.
- Fluent communication in French and English.
- Knowledge of Dutch would be a plus.
