Job Description :

We’re looking for a Business Analyst for a leading and innovative project. As a Business Analyst your mission will be to analyze and bring forth recommendations as well as support to the team. In addition to the Business Analysis side, you will also entrusted with mentoring the team of agents under your care. Your tasks will include but not be limited to:

- Discourse monitoring at the agent level

- Follow-up on the productivity (tickets )

- TCD (Top Call Driver) Analysis

- TCA (Top Contract Assistance) Analysis

- Training needs analyses

Profile recherché

Required Profile -

• Fluent in English (C1) is a must
• Proven track record in a call center environment.
• An excellent of customer relationship management techniques (CRM)
• Relational ease
• Lots of calm and self-control
• Background information on IoT (internet of things) is a plus
