As part of our expansion, we are recruiting a Business Development Manager (H/F) that will :
- Lead business over Distributors selling products and services and ensure ETT Solution Provider Strategy alignment toward existing and new distributors ;
- Lead Distributors and key account relation ;
- Monitoring business performances, achieve plan, capturing business opportunities ;
- Deploy proper product training, enhance coaching activity ;
- Participate actively to the footprint expansion in new countries, support the cold chain development, reducing food losses supporting company goals ;
- Be the ambassador of the comany, deploying company Values, ensure ethical & compliant business.

Requirements :
The ideal candidate will be highly motivated with communication skills and and keen to work in a fast-paced international environment.

- Experience >5 years ;
- Technical / product knowhow ;
