For one of our big projects, we're hiring a Chatbot Analyst (H/F).

Poste
The Chatbot Analyst will have the following key responsibilities:
  • Consult and support our customers on the functional and technical implementation of automation solutions in workflow and call centers (incl. RPA, rules engines, voice-/chatbot solutions) as well as run the execution and evaluation of cost-benefit analysis
  • Analyze and optimize process flows/business processes in all our internal processes, including call centers applying recent technologies and approaches
  • Requirements management – capture, analyze, and document business requirements and derive/develop technical concepts in preparation for technical implementation by the developer teams
  • Create process flow models for automation solutions
  • Evaluate the user experience (e.g., in existing dialog flows) and derive recommendations for design changes
  • Support the maintenance and enhancement of implemented automation solutions
  • Support testing and quality assurance
  • Work in close cooperation with business owners, service owners, and developers
  • Demonstrate the high experience in automation solutions such as RPA, rules-engines, voice-/chatbots and consult different stakeholders on technical implementation
  • Ensure a continuous and proactive communication with other teams and vendors about joint development projects
Profile recherché
  • At least 3 years of proven experience in a similar position
  • Degree in computer science, software engineering, industrial engineering, business
  • Enthusiasm for innovative automation solutions, especially in the field of RPA, rulebased workflow automation, conversational AI and respective implementation, operation, and enhancement
  • Always looking for ways to improve the sustainability, quality, and performance of all our automation solutions administration, telecommunications, or similar qualifications
  • Solid subject matter and Project Management expertise in automation solutions implementation, incl. Machine Learning, and AI
  • Proven track record in requirements management, design and implementation of automation solutions
  • Hands-on experience with relevant automation tools such as e.g., UiPath, Blueprism, Camunda, Cognigy or similar tools
  • Experience in performing cost-benefit analysis
  • Strong analytical and communication skills as well as an independent, structured, and customer-oriented way of working
  • Strong in teamwork with the ability to motivate people
  • Experience in agile working methodology (Scrum)
  • Interest and openness in improving and building new (technical) capabilities
  • Solid basics in computer science: data models, algorithms, databases, etc.
  • Knowledge in programming languages, e.g., JavaScript, Java, Python, C#, etc
  • Languages: English (fluent) – spoken and written, French is a plus
