1. Participate in the overall planning and design of project construction and coordinate the work of civil
engineering management.
2. Responsible for organizing and preparing the construction drawing budget of the development project,reviewing the design drawings, improving the on-site drawings, handle project change request.
3. Responsible for the review of relevant professional design and plan, and follow up and supervise the implementation of relevant project designs, and control cost, quality, safety, technology, progress, etc.
4. Participate in materials and equipment investigation and inquiry, project construction, materials and equipment bidding, and investment control.
5. Check and inspect the incoming materials, equipment, components, and accessories in parallel, and sign for approval when they are qualified.
6. Cooperate, coordinate, supervise and inspect the daily management work of all participating parties to ensure the smooth progress of work quality and progress.
7. Responsible for the collection, summary and arrangement of project data, participate in the preparation of work reports, work plans, and participate in project completion acceptance and audit.
8. Regularly submit reports on the implementation of project construction work to superior leaders, and promptly report and ask for instructions on major issues.

1. Working Language: English
2. Master degree or above in construction engineering, civil engineering, project management, cost, budget and
other related majors, and those with rich experience are not subject to this restriction.
3. Similar working experience at least 2 years, similar project experience required.
4. Possess professional knowledge of project budget, final accounts and project management, experience in plant
project budget, final accounts and project management is preferred.
5. Familiar with relevant engineering laws and regulations, and master relevant building construction techniques
and operating procedures.
6. Master new technologies, understand new materials and domestic engineering cost dynamics.
7. Proficiency in basic computer operation skills, good CAD drawing and drawing review ability.
8. Excellent executive ability, good analysis ability, business ability, communication and coordination ability,
innovative spirit, and good sense of teamwork.
9. Experience in joint venture project construction management.

This position is initially offered as a 6 month fixed term contract (CDD) with the possibility of transitioning to a permanent contract (CDI) based on performance evaluation.
