Key Accountabilities

  • Experience with Infrastructure as code platforms in GCP cloud.
  • Communicate the business need, urgency, and vision for change.
  • Teach Leading SAFe® and facilitate modules of the Scaled Agile Framework for leaders, managers, and stakeholders.
  • Coach leadership and help facilitate the creation of new Agile Teams.
  • Train or source training of executives, leaders, Agile teams, and specialty roles—such as Product Owner, Product Manager, Scrum Master, and Release Train Engineer (RTE).
  • As required, work with other Agile Transformation Coaches, collaborate together to drive the change across the program and individual teams.
  • Work with stakeholders to understand the flow of value - SPCs facilitate the identification of Operational Value Streams, Development Value Streams and ARTs to find those that are the most opportunistic for launch.
  • Creating the implementation plan – SPCs participate in creating a plan for the rollout, communicate upcoming changes, and establish metrics.
  • Preparing for the ART launch – SPCs help the LACE plan and prepare for the ART launch.
  • Assess the current state & delivery environment for an existing Program. Socialize, get buy-in and implement roadmap
  • Training teams and launching the ART – SPCs often directly plan and execute ‘quickstart’ or other rollout strategies.
  • Help teams establish a DevOps culture and mindset, the Continuous Delivery Pipeline, infrastructure, and associated Agile technical practices.
  • Support Agile teams in their development and in establishing consistent best practices.
  • Inspire all stakeholders at the team level in their agile transition. Develop, coach, and mentor team members to advance their skills and Agile maturity.
Profile recherché

kills and Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Software/ Computer Engineering (Bac+5) or Equivalent experience.
  • Bilingualism is an asset (English / French).
  • Certified SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) and other SAFe certifications (RTE, LPM, PO/PM, etc)
  • Experience in software development practices and working on agile teams as a business and technology leader, portfolio/program/project manager, process lead, architect, analyst, and/or consultant.
  • Experience coaching at large organizations
  • Solid working knowledge of Jira and Confluence
  • Extensive experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and implementing Agile Release Trains
  • Strong leader, educator, and coach,
  • An excellent communicator and motivator, balancing needs of diverse stakeholders
  • Ability to influence and negotiate with decision makers and be creative in problem solving
  • PROSCI Change Mgmt and/or Coaching certifications
