For one of our big projects, we're hiring a Tax Consultant (H/F)

The Tax Consultant will have the following key responsibilities:
  • Ensures end-to-end solutions design
  • Collect and challenge needs with a systematic approach to simplification by enhancing Group solutions.
  • Model, describe and document the end-to-end solution, ensuring its usability, in collaboration with relevant business and IT stakeholders, including the Architecture and Application Set Managers.
  • Propose simplifications of business processes and management rules and explain these envisaged changes.
  • Identify the impacts on other processes and the coherence of the IS architecture.
  • Analyze the compliance of the solution with regard to the enterprise strategy, the regulations, the security rules, the coherence of the architecture and the IS and the associated risks and costs
  • Formalise requirements and functional specifications (solution user stories).
  • Propose trade-offs between user experience, performance needs and simplification of the IS.
  • Propose trade-offs between ease of use, performance requirements and simplification of the IS“
  • Intervenes throughout the project Ond in run activities,in collaboration with all stakeholders
  • Define the use cases of the solution and guarantee the definition of the test strategy.
  • Ensure functional support and matching of tests with the need with the development teams.
  • If necessary, make or have made a prototype of the solutions envisaged
  • Ensure compliance of the delivered solution
Profile recherché

At least 5 years of proven experience in a similar position

  • The ideal candidate should be well versed in French Goa P accounting is mandatory (in particular taxation) Is a force for proposals on innovation and business opportunities, in its field and beyond (market
    developments, consideration of regul0tions, technologies)
  • Monitor market and technology developments in their area of expertise
  • Generate ideas for possible improvements and innovation
  • Take business opportunities into account in the proposed solutions
  • Identifies and implements change management actions, in conjunction with the business teams, to ensure the implementation of new processes and the appropriation of solutions by users and by the teams in charge of their maintenance and support
  • Facilitate ownership by the business players Coordinate functional support for solution implementation
  • Transfer skills to support and service teams SAP IMA & Power BI
  • Experience in User Stories (Jira / Confluence as tools)
  • Experience in IFRS 9 and/or 17 roll-outs Experience & certification in Agile collaboration, ideally in Scrum Methodology
