The EDR Security Support Analysis service is responsible for:
- Develop and implement automation solutions for recertification campaigns using Microsoft PowerAutomate or similar tools.
- Automate processes related to users, endpoints, and other assets to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Collaborate with the security team to ensure automation solutions align with security protocols and standards.
- Monitor and maintain automated workflows to ensure they function correctly and efficiently.
- Provide technical support and training to team members on automation tools and processes.
- Document automation processes and workflows for future reference and compliance purposes.
Profile recherché
Technical & functional expertise :
- Proven expertise with Microsoft PowerAutomate or other automation tools.
- Basic expertise of security principles, with a preference for expertise in Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) technology.
- Relevant certifications in automation, security, or related fields (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Fundamentals, CompTIA Security+).
- Strong problem-solving expertise and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Expertise in managing recertification campaigns or similar projects.
- Additional certifications in security or automation technologies.
- Familiarity with other automation tools and platforms.
