Poste
1. Lead design & engineering team to perform the sourcing of domestic general contractors and design institutes, and responsible for daily communication and coordination with general contractors after nomination.
2. Responsible for the procurement of domestic project construction materials to ensure that the project construction will not be postponed.
3. Responsible for developing local steel structure supplier resources.
4. In charge of sourcing of engineering service or consultant service
5. Responsible for import material expenditure
6. Other related sourcing, location, daily operation, and periodical reports
7. Cooperate with the requirements of the project team to carry out the implementation and implementation of the procurement planning strategy.
8. Other tasks assigned by the leader.
Profile recherché
1. Working Language: English
2. Master degree or above in civil engineering or architecture is a plus
3. Similar working experience at least 1 year
4. Able to skillfully use Excel, PPT, QS system and other working tools;
This position is initially offered as a 6 month fixed term contract (CDD) with the possibility of transitioning to a permanent contract (CDI) based on performance evaluation.
