Role profile :
In this role, you will be providing comprehensive administrative and logistical support to the Core HR team while also serving as an essential HR point of contact for key business units. Your primary focus will be on enhancing the onboarding experience, while also contributing to internal communication, event planning, and broader generalist HR projects.
With monthly onboarding weeks and a rapidly expanding team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring a seamless, engaging, and well-orchestrated onboarding experience for new hires. Additionally, you will help strengthen company culture by organizing internal events and supporting initiatives that enhance the overall employee experience and sense of belonging.

What you'll do :
Onboarding & Integration :
- Co-lead the organization of monthly Welcome Trainings with the Core HR Team (week long onboarding events designed to integrate new hires), in addition to ad-hoc onboarding sessions.
- Act as a speaker during key onboarding sessions, presenting HR topics and engaging with new employees.
- Manage the monthly onboarding process for new hires and mobility employees: be their first point of contact, collect personal information before their start date, and guide them through the process.
- Maintain and update the onboarding checklist, ensuring all integration processes are well-coordinated.
- Ensure all logistics are smoothly managed, including catering, room booking, IT setup, and coordination with relevant support teams
- Oversee the onboarding logistics to guarantee an exceptional experience: book meeting rooms and coordinate with facility teams; organize catering and manage any special requests for events; reach out tot the IT team when support is needed.
- Act as a key support for employee relations, responding to inquiries regarding accommodation, logistics, and general support provided to new hires. Take part in monthly pre-onboarding Q&A calls.
- Create and update HR-related materials and presentations to enhance the onboarding experience.
- Manage and animate the new hire community, ensuring they feel part of the company culture: Lead the community of buddies and new hires, facilitating connections and knowledge sharing; Create engaging content (publications on Slack channels, sharing relevant resources, fostering discussions) ; Organize informal networking sessions and encourage engagement between cohorts.
- Gather and analyze formal and informal feedback on the quality of the onboarding experience and propose improvements in coordination with the HR LD Assistant
Core HR Support & Collaboration :
- Prepare HR reports and presentations as needed.
- Assist in the preparation of office-wide meetings.
- Serve as the local HR point of contact for various Business Units (Generalist Consultants, Business Support, Digital Teams, Contractors, etc.).
- Work closely with the local HR and Africa HR teams to roll out and support company-wide HR initiatives.
Internal Communication & Events :
- Support the creation of internal communications for office events.
- Promote and communicate about local office activities and events to drive engagement.
- Participate in office life committees and coordinate internal social and affiliation events.
Profile recherché
Qualifications & experience :
- Master's degree in Human Resources with 1 to 2 years of previous HR experience ;
- Strong knowledge of HR fundamentals ;
- Experience providing high level of customer service, managing highly confidential materials and administrative tasks ;
- Proficient computer skills: Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook ;
- Fluent in both French and English with effective oral and written communication skills. Arabic is a plus.
