What we expect The combination of classic LEDs with ICs creates new ground-breaking products with their own unique challenges. With your expertise you will strengthen and extend the teams' competency in this area.

  • Build and become a technical lead of a CQM team specialized on innovative and intelligent products for the automotive market (e.g. active matrix LED front lights);
  • First point of contact for our automotive customers in all quality relevant questions as part of the team;
  • Link between the development team consisting of LED-/IC-designers, material, process and application experts and the customer;
  • Set-up and sustainably optimize the complaint process for the new products. Perform an initial non-destructive failure analysis and coordinate all further steps with the process and FA experts in Germany and Malaysia;
  • Perform risk assessments and create failure analysis reports in SAP and communicate both to the customer;
  • Voice of the Customer for process changes in close collaboration with our product and technical life cycle management (e.g. during PPCMs und PCNs).
Profile recherché

Who we are looking for :

  • Successfully completed studies in electrical engineering, physics or comparable degree in natural sciences (M.Sc., PhD);
  • Profound knowledge in IC design and ideally also in opto-semiconductors;
  • Several years of leadership experience in the semiconductor market and in quality management beneficial;
  • Strong team and communication skills;
  • Excellent language skills (English is a must, German is a plus);
  • Open minded and willingness to work in intercultural teams;
  • Willingness to travel (lt;10%).
