Responsibilities:
• Installation & configuration of a company’s computer hardware operating systems and applications.
• Maintenance and monitoring of computer networks and systems.
• Diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.
• Testing and evaluating new technology.
• Review diagnostics and assess the functionality and efficiency of systems.
• Implement security measures.
• Monitor security certificates and company compliance of requirements.
• Offer technical support to company staff and troubleshoot computer problems.
• Install and update company software and hardware as needed.
• Anticipate and report the cost of replacing or updating computer items.
• Database architecture management.
• License management.
• Microsoft E5 maintenance and billing.
• Microsoft Azure build and maintain VS.
• Microsoft Defender set-up and maintenance.
• General troubleshooting, need an understanding of w10 and 11.
• Full network local and cloud experience including firewall and VPN.
• Maintain websites in GoDaddy.
• Set-up remote access to all machines.
• Develop and manage a technical support request tool for the company
• Provide daily reports about the ongoing projects and requests

Profile recherché
The ideal candidate will possess:
• Advanced English skills is a must (CV’s in other language won’t be considered)
• 3/5 years of IT support and system management.
• Bachelor’s degree in information technology or computer science.
• Knowledge of Azure and Microsoft platforms.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics.
• SQL studio full understanding.
• Microsoft E5 full understanding of allocation to users.
• Windows Lenovo laptops full understanding including Lenovo maintenance.
• Security systems including ESET.
• Backup solutions including Rubrick.
• Mobile devices security including MobileIron.
• Godaddy IP and DNS experience including billing.
• Database understanding.
• Microsoft partner.
• Tech partner to avail of trade discounts to pass on.
• Code2 and exchange cloud with multiple companies.
• Able to manage all issues of the whole team and be proactive
• Fluency or high proficiency in English and superb written and verbal communication skills.
• Outgoing personality and strong communication skills are essential.
• Well organised meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong time-management skills and the ability to coordinate and prioritise multiple projects at once and deliver to agreed deadlines.
• Ability to work under pressure, often with tight timescales and with a limited brief.
