Reporting directly to the Regional VP of Africa, you’ll be responsible for the implementation of the strategy and key regional activity coordination, liaising with key stakeholders.

• You’ll execute business priorities to continue to grow our business (Retail, Digital) in Africa and drive strong communication across the Region ensuring cross-functional alignment.
• You will oversee and accelerate strategic initiatives, formulate issues analysis, and trigger process improvements.
• You’ll use your extensive organizational and creative skills to assist the Regional VP in the preparation of board materials and communications for the Leadership and Executive meetings.
• You’ll motivate, and take strong leadership to drive strategic projects, working with cross-functional teams to drive results and encourage out-of-the-box thinking.

For such a role, it is essential to have :

• Significant experience in Financial Services.
• Extensive progressive working experience at a Leadership level and comprehensive experience managing key projects with efficient utilization of both direct and indirect resources.
• Proven ability to influence senior executives and decision-makers through demonstrable expertise in Management Information, reporting, analysis, and data interpretation is also essential.
• Proficiency in Lean and/or Agile management.
• Fluency in both English and French is mandatory
