MCS permet d’assurer avec efficience et efficacité le traitement des demandes particulières et des consultations, la saisie des commandes, la gestion des réclamations ainsi que la planification des interventions et le support technique à distance.

As a Logistics operation support you will have the opportunity to be part of an international environment, in continuous evolution and a part of a fun, open-minded, fun-loving team that embraces diversity. Main Responsibilities:

• Initially to create and set up a backlog report from existing report with a view to meet future demands and requirements for future business needs;
• Once the report is set up and run effectively, the team will need to review and manage continously;
• Analyze and manage the backlog, working through it daily with Planning teams to provide accurate delivery dates, and distribute across the sales support functions;
• Work pro-actively alongside our internal Customer Service Teams and provide them with support as and when needed, the detail of this support will be defined together with the Customer Services teams.

• Master’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain related or relevant discipline ;
• Working experience and knowledge on either import/export processes or warehousing would be an added advantage ;
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office espicially Excel : Look-ups, Pivote tables, graphs, VBA...etc.
• Understanding sales and order processing;
• Strong attention to details;
• Able to work under own initiative ;
• Good team player with good communication skills.
