Job Description:

  • Sustainable Development

Purpose: To organize, implement and supervise the safety of installations and people and the protection of the environment and to support the implementation of the Social Responsibility policy.
To this end, he/she must:
- Ensure the application of the regulations, methods, and procedures in force.
- In the context of outsourcing services, guarantee that all measures have been taken and are being implemented to obtain a quality service from the service provider.
- Monitor compliance with HSE processes and implement corrective action plans.
- Keep abreast of current regulations and HSE standards.
- Participate in the various HSE committees to take the necessary measures to comply with HSE standards
- Propose and ensure the implementation of actions in the field of environmental preservation
- Propose actions that are integrated into his activity and that allow him to participate in the development of the region

  • Overall performance

Purpose: To ensure production planning in line with strategic orientations
To this end, he/she must:
- Define the long-, medium- and short-term production and operating plan in line with the global production plan
- Collaborate with the business steering and commercial entities to define the annual and quarterly production and cost programs in the light of available capacities and market demand
- To translate the objectives into operational production plans and monitor their achievement.
Purpose: To ensure that the production and maintenance objectives of the production tool are achieved in the best economic conditions
To this end, he/she must:
- Manage production; ensure control of costs, deadlines, quality, and stocks.
- Define the maintenance policy and ensure its implementation.
- Ensure that the objectives are met, and that the performance of the tool is continuously improved (productivity, output,
Specific consumption, etc.)
- Ensure that all production activities comply with company policy and legislation
- To ensure coordination between the different production units and the creation of synergies with the managers of the other areas.
Purpose: To ensure that the investment and operating budgets necessary for the sustainability of the production tool and the achievement of the production objectives are met.
To this end, he/she must:
- Analyzing the needs for production-related investment projects and validating proposals relating to the investment and operating budgets of employees
- Ensure the planning of projects. Allocate responsibilities to the various technical and/or business teams involved in the projects.
- Ensuring that budgets and schedules are respected and ensuring reporting
- Check that the investments made, and the projects deployed are properly integrated into production

  • Development of skills / social climate

Purpose: To ensure the development of skills and the preservation of the social climate
To this end, he/she must:
- Ensure that the necessary resources are mobilized to achieve the objectives set by management: recruitment needs, maintenance and development of skills, validation of performance bonuses, implementation of HR policy, etc.
- Maintain the social climate: set up channels for reporting information in order to anticipate dissatisfaction, monitor the handling of staff grievances

  • Management

Aim: To create the working conditions likely to promote the expected performance.
To this end, he/she must:
- Plan the activity of his/her staff by defining clear objectives and validating the action plans proposed by them.
- Draw up and update clear work procedures for his/her staff that allow for the proper execution of operations and their proper level of control
