Nous sommes structuré autour de Quatre Pôles :

  • Le Consulting et Assistance à Maîtrise d'Ouvrage (MOA, AMOA) dédié Banques, Finance, Assurances.
  • L’ingénierie applicative (La maîtrise d'œuvre de projets informatiques (MOE), Ingénierie de développement, TMA, TRA, …)
  • La production et les infrastructures (Ingénierie, Assistance Technique infogérance, architecture systèmes et réseaux, sécurité, cyber sécurité , Digital…)
  • L’Informatique Décisionnelle et BIG DATA (Architecture(Avant-vente/POC/ Pilotage Projet) , Développement, Expertise (Hadoop,NoSQL, …))

Poste

You’ll provide a useful point of contact between the client’s support functions (Finance, MSP team,
support teams) and IT Services operations over different departments, capable of collecting,
consolidating & reporting key elements (KPIs & qualitative data), foster improvements and help
with decisions.
Focus will be mainly on Business projects portfolio for Workplace Products, but support will be
required on other portfolios.
•Budget Follow-up :
o Gathering of relevant inputs from PMs in terms of financial/operational progress.
o Consolidation and reporting of Data, Updates, Versions, synthesis … through formal & regular
communications to keep all stakeholders aligned.
o Support for maintaining budget actuals and forecasts FTE, nFTE
• Project/Portfolio Management :
o Reach and maintain high level of visibility, consistency, awareness, and communication on
projects’ status included in the scope.
o Maintain regular alignment with the internal governances in place (guidelines, funding
evolution, arbitration…)
• Time Tracking & Procure to Pay:
o Operational review based on practices & tools awareness and appropriation to reach and
maintain high levels of efficiency and keep transparency on budget expenses and data quality
regarding the consumption figures on the different projects.
Funding and Order To cash
o Contribution to the order to cash process
? Statement of work preparation (Salesforce tool)
? Billing follow-up
o Service variation and volumes variation tracking
o Contribution to Budget process and forecasts
•Governance:
o Organize & animate a regular governance on portfolios in order to:
? Engage /arbitrate budgets if needed,
? Follow-up & report the financial / operational progress on different initiatives,
? Challenge the operational representers in terms of expenses & delivery,
? provide the necessary data & synthesis to help with decision.
? Provide elements and produce the required KPIs to cover & illustrate key dimensions
(Budget, Progress, Risks & Alerts, Attention Points, Arbitration & Decisions, Actions
Tracking…)
? Share the next steps & key take-aways with the stakeholders after each governance and
assign each action to the adequate actor.
? Carry out a regular synthesis of the portfolios’ progress, that will be presented at the top
management level
Communication :
o Regular communications to various types of stakeholders in different contexts.
o Regular cascading of minutes & decisions at Project managers level, to share the decisions &
take-aways.

Profile recherché

Key Skills Required (technical, project, soft…):
• Must Have Skills
o Understanding of Project management methodology (governance, key elements,
communication…)
o Good sense of organization (attention to details, prioritization, multitasking, organize topics,
set the pace…)
o Capability for cross collaboration with worldwide financial/operational teams.
o Capability to deal with uncertainties and find ways to solve problems.
o Efficient communication and fluency in English.

Educational Level, Certifications:
o Bachelor or master’s degree in Project Management or equivalent
o Project Management or Financial Certification is a plus
Work Experience
o 3 to 5 years of proven track record in PMO or similar supporting significant program(s),
strategic project(s), or large portfolio(s)
o Drive or assist context(s) involving multiple worldwide teams and various stakeholders
o Financial background is a plus
