Operations Security Analyst Contrat : CDI

Nous intervenons à la fois sur des périmètres Métiers, Techniques et Opérationnels. Notre groupe affiche un effectif de plus de 300 collaborateurs disponibles et mobiles.

Nous sommes structuré autour de Quatre Pôles :

• Le Consulting et Assistance à Maîtrise d'Ouvrage (MOA, AMOA) dédié Banques, Finance, Assurances.
• L’ingénierie applicative (La maîtrise d'œuvre de projets informatiques (MOE), Ingénierie de développement, TMA, TRA, …)
• La production et les infrastructures (Ingénierie, Assistance Technique infogérance, architecture systèmes et réseaux, sécurité, cyber sécurité , Digital…)
• L’Informatique Décisionnelle et BIG DATA (Architecture(Avant-vente/POC/ Pilotage Projet) , Développement, Expertise (Hadoop,NoSQL, …))

Operational Security Management:

• Management and supervision of analysis for requests to open firewall rules and the feedback provided by the security department on these requests.
• Responsible for managing security incidents with criticality levels 3 and 4 (DC SE scope).
• Control the management of threat blocks, handle SPAM reporting, manage exceptions (Blacklist & Whitelist) for URLs, and process requests for proxy rule analysis.
• Manage the relationship with the Global SOC during the handling of security incidents.
• Oversee the process for managing security-related requests in SILVA / Service Now.
• Ensure the updating of use cases for critical security vulnerabilities.
• Manage and respond to security incidents in cloud environments, ensuring compliance with cloud security policies and best practices.
• Monitor and analyze cloud security alerts and events, coordinating with cloud service providers as necessary.
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure cloud security is maintained.
• Stay updated on the latest cloud security threats and trends to enhance the organization’s security posture

Minimum bachelor’s degree (Bac+4) in Networks and Security

Certifications:

• A certification in information security is desirable (CISSP, CISA, CISM, GIAC, or equivalent).
• ITIL v3 certified (Minimum Foundation level).
• Relevant cloud security certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Security – Specialty, Microsoft Certified: Azure Security Engineer Associate, or equivalent) are a plus.

Overall Work Expetise in the Field:

• Expertise with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and their security features and services.
• Familiarity with cloud security frameworks and standards (e.g., CSA Cloud Controls Matrix, NIST, ISO 27001).
• Expertise of security automation tools and techniques for cloud environments.
• Understanding of network security principles as they relate to cloud architecture (e.g., VPC, subnets, security groups).
• Practical expertise of ITIL concepts and processes (Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management, Service Request Management, Configuration Management) > 2 years.
