We are currently recruiting for one of our clients a leader in the design, manufacture and service of aircraft engines a Procurment Buyer.
As a Procurment Buyer, your primary responsibility will be to Creating a strategic overview of the capability of any supplier and actively participating, or even guiding, the strategic procurement process to align the supplier with the group's vision.
Profile recherché
Profile required:
• 3-year degree in Purchasing/Logistics with a minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar position in the manufacturing sector, preferably in the automotive or aeronautical industries;
• Experience in contract negotiation and understanding of key legal terms;
• You are passionate, autonomous and motivated by results and learning;
• Good communication and influencing skills;
• Customer focus and an analytical mind;
• Fluency in English and French;
• Demonstrated ability to work in a team and under pressure;
• Solid knowledge of material requirements planning (MRP) and systems.
• Sense of ethics and respect;
Assets:
• Experience and knowledge in purchasing services and materials in the aeronautical field;
• Experience in the functions and understanding of purchasing processes;
• Leadership, autonomy, passion, sense of responsibility;
• Ability to innovate, change the status quo and drive the business unit forward;
• Mastery of SAP and MS Office;
• Additional information:
• Daytime work on site;
• Phone coverage on a rotating basis for urgent purchases;
