On behalf of one of its clients based in Casablanca, ALTADOS By Niji is looking for a " Product Owner (Fintech ) - Anglophone- " for a permanent contract opportunity.
GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
A self-motivated and results-oriented individual recognized for having creative problem solving skills, strong work ethic and the ability to work in a fast-paced, challenging service-oriented environment. Highly organized and personable.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTION & RESPONSIBILITIES :
o Collaborate with business and technology functional experts
o Marketing to outline and document clear and comprehensive features and user stories.
o Clearly communicate release and functionality status, issues, risks, plans, etc. to business groups Create test plans and test cases
o Create Product Roadmap and Vision in partnership with technology and business units.
o Identify the real problem or need behind the request for change.
o Partner with different teams in the planning, execution and sustainable support of process ownership, user experience/workflows, training, etc.
o Awareness and ability to deliver compliance requirements
o Accept requirements from multiple stakeholders and prioritize product backlogs and analyze them for impacts to the systems
o Act as a liaison between the agile delivery team and business groups by communicating product and business vision, translating product needs into technology solutions
o Develop user stories to be used by the agile delivery team o Work with the teams to determine priority and to schedule them into different releases.
o Champion continuous process improvement across the product development.
o Participate in special projects.
o Has a dynamic skill in team facilitation, leadership and staff supervision.
o Perform other duties as assigned.
Profile recherché
MBA or Master's degree and/or Bachelor's degree.
WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
o Experience in Fintech/Ecommerce
o Corporate Experience (Banks, Consulting, Software)
o Agile, Product Owner and Project Management experience
o Experience in the digital marketing industry.
