Job Duties/Accountabilities:

• Define and prioritize security product requirements based on market and customer needs, business objectives, and competitive analysis.
• Manage the full product development lifecycle, from planning to launch, by collaborating with cross-functional teams, including software engineering, QA, and operations.
• Develop and maintain a product roadmap, backlog, and relevant documentation to ensure that security products are aligned -with business objectives and delivered on time.
• Oversee the design, development, and deployment of security products, including security assessments, security architecture, and remediation of vulnerabilities.
• Ensure that security products meet relevant industry standards, regulations, and certifications.
• Communicate and collaborate with the Security Operations team and relevant stakeholders to ensure security products are integrated into the overall security posture of the company.
• Manage the security team, including setting goals, providing coaching and mentorship, and conducting performance evaluations.
• Develop and manage product budgets, forecasts, and financial plans to support product development and growth.

Critical Qualifications/Competencies:

• Very good oral and written English ;
• University degree in Software/Computer/Electrical Engineering/IT ;
• 5+ years of experience in a product management or related role in the security industry ;
• Background in security technologies, standards, and best practices is most preferable ;
• Experience leading cross-functional teams, including software engineers, QA, and operations ;
• Excellent communication and presentatioy and prioritize product requirements and manage the product roadmap ;
