Coordinates and oversees all production section activities and operations including budgeting and planning, work areas organization, production scheduling and program execution, reviewing and monitoring of production results in line with defined policies, procedures and rules to meet quality standards, finished goods needs and target performance
Main tasks :
-Develops and assures the implementation of the production section organization, policies, processes, procedures, information systems and cross functional improvement projects in line with corporate standard.
- Reviews and monitors extrusion program execution progress according to daily schedule and Makes adjustements as needed according to realization rate, extra orders and urgent delivery requests.
-Analyses (daily, weekly, monthly) Production performance results such as quality, runing time, speed effeciency, ..... Identifies performance gap, performs root causes analysis, develops and monitors appropriated actions plans by using Problem Solving tools.
