2. Kaizen Attributions & Tasks:
The candidate has to:
Build Kaizen road map based on plant Pilar
Shop floor Standardization activities
Check daily usage of the items
Fundamentals activities
Visualize plant set up condition for fundamentals activities and plan implementation schedule
Coordinate set up in the plant with relating departments
Check implementation updates
Schedule annual audit plan and coordinate fundamentals audit
Plan plant internal skill development plan for midlle management
Promote internal Kaizen activities: Train, follow-up, evaluate
Kaizen report: Collect and report monthly
Profile recherché
Master’s degree in Project Management, industrial Engineering or similar
Minimum 7 years’ experience in similar area
Fluent English
Team Management
