Poste

• Effectively create and manage project schedules/plans
• Provide project governance and oversight for delivery, schedule and cost management
• Proactively manages risks, issues, impediments, dependencies and escalates as required
• Acts as a servant leader to the team (not the “boss”)
• Fosters a collaborative culture and ensures the team regularly celebrates success
• Facilitates team meetings and guides and empowers the flow of a cross-functional team providing clear view of success and removing obstacles
• Provides continual visibility into feature delivery, ensuring the right people are engaged at the right time
• Collaborates with all levels of the organization and project team members to uncover pain points and opportunities to accelerate the delivery of new value add solutions

Profile recherché

• Minimum 3 to 5 years’ experience in a similar role working with a multi-national organization
• Experience in IT or CX Analytics Project Management
• An entrepreneurial spirit and comfortable working in a rapidly changing environment
• Interest in experimenting with emerging technologies and understanding how they will impact what comes next
• Experience in leading change management activities
• Excellent ability to anticipate and analyze risks and issues, explore alternatives, develop appropriate recommendations with project and technical teams and present issue to the project champions and sponsors
• Ability to independently manage multiple projects, prioritize multiple conflicting priorities
• Collaborative attitude, willingness to work with team members, able to coach, share skills and methods
• Good organizational and problem-solving abilities that enable you to manage through creative abrasion
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Comfortable presenting and leading senior governance and project management team meetings
• Working knowledge of agile methodology, techniques and frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban to deliver solutions
• Must be able to take initiative and have strong follow-up and follow-through skills
• Excellent people and project management skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Change Management, SDLC, PDLC, Lean Six Sigma, PMP or Scrum Certifications are a plus
• Excellent technical skills (Excel, Word, MS Project)
• Knowledge of Smartsheet, Salesforce, Contact Centre Technologies (Genesis, inContact, Avaya, ACD, Digital platforms, IEX), Business Intelligence Technologies are an asset
