Reporting to the Quality Manager, your main responsibilities will be:
- Developing and implementing Quality standards
- Developing and implementing Quality Controls
- Ensures products adhere to company and Industry Quality standards
- Reviews Manufacturing processes to ensure that they are compliant to customer requirements
- Develops and implements methods for measuring product quality, including statistical techniques such as probability sampling methods
- Collaborating with operation managers to develop and implement controls and improvements
- Review/understand/identify issues & leading contributors impacting the product quality and flow
- Identify required corrective actions/improvement opportunities, makes recommendations and drives change accordingly in a timely fashion
- Follow up and report on progress
- Organize & lead process walks or other relevant activities at suppliers
- Performing System and Product Audits
Profile recherché
Key Qualifications and Requirement
- BAC+5, field of studies : Manufacturing, Engineering, Aerospace, Quality
- Mminimum 2 Years’ of experience in a similar job, in an industrial/manufacturing environment
- Fluent in French and in English, both written and spoken
- Ability to read technical documentation, ability to apply the inspection methods
- System knowledge such as SAP (nice to have)
- Experience with PFMEA/DFMEA techniques and PPAP (nice to have)
- Experience using the Six Sigma approach or other continuous improvement techniques, QCPC, 8D
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent team player
