A japanese company working in automotive industry is looking for Quality Manager
Poste
Main Responsibilities :
o Quality objectives analysis
o Internal communication of Quality Targets & definition of target by project
o Create an action plan for objectives achievement
o Define indicators for targets follow-up
o Periodical follow-up of indicators & action plan definition in case of discrepancies
o Management of Customer quality audits/visits to the plant
o Assure the deployment and monitoring of the Customer Requirements
o Customer focused
o Good reactivity to Customer requests
o Ensure customer satisfaction
o Assure Project Quality milestones follow-up
o Ensure equipment's, products and processes validation
o Ensure the respect of Calibration & MSA plan
o Definition of Quality Process Control and Inspection Gates on the Gemba
o Production / delivery stoppage in case of customer risks
o Ensure Quality data reliability, accuracy and reporting
o Data analysis & action plan definition in case of discrepancies
o Define needed area for improvements
o Promote the Quality policy,
o Plan, prepare and follow up the internal and external Audits and Quality certifications
o Ensure the respect & application of procedures & guidelines
o Assure the effectiveness of preventive & corrective actions
Profile recherché
Master's degree in Quality Management, Industrial Engineering or similar
Minimum 7 years' experience in similar area
Fluent English
Team Management
Other skills:
• Customers norms and specifications knowledges,
• Quality tools, FMEA, statistic leading of processes,
• Proficiency of IATF requirements /ISO 9001,
• 5 CORE Tools,
• Strategic and creative thinking,
• Communication, decision and leading skills
