Attributions & Tasks:

*Answer and direct the incoming phone calls

*Welcome and direct visitors to the appropriate persons and offices

*Arrange travels, pickups and accommodations for Visitors and employees,

*Prepare all the legal documents for Visa requests, and arrange appointment with embassies

*Inform HR team about employees on business trips

*Coordinate with Finance about travel expenses and currency preparation for travelers

*Maintain YEL travel procedure and policies

*Provide support to the Plant Manager with all aspects of day to day operations

*Prepare and organize the Plant Manager’s Agenda, Meetings, appointments & travels.

*Organize events, visits and workshops.

*Manage YMM meeting rooms and schedule meetings, ensure 5S for the meeting rooms, the reception area and maintain them presentable

*Order office supplies and maintain stock inventory

*Track the office supplies and shopping cards

*Follow up and record the office expenses and costs

Profile recherché

*Level of studies: Minimum BAC+3 in Communication, Business, Management or similar diploma.
*Experience: Experience in Similar position is Desirable.
*Language: Fluent speaker of French and English.
*High communication skills.
