The Strategy cluster of ABS is seeking candidates with ambitious career goals, preferably with direct relevance for the African continent and strong interest in Strategy & Organization qualitative research, especially on the following topics: the role of technology and numbers in society; water management and sustainability; memory and history.
Readiness to be a self-starter is essential.
Job Duties may include, but are not limited to:
- Scheduling and conducting on and off-site interviews using a variety of structured and non-structured questionnaires; transcribing, and coding interviews;
- Collecting historical archives or corporate documentation;
- Doing ethnography in organization (public and/or private);
- Managing and maintaining data, and generating data visuals;
- Conducting literature searches;
- Writing meeting report;
- Preparing case studies or technical report, drafting book synopsis or crafting ppt presentation;
- Proof reading document, chapters, articles, etc.

Location: ABS has its main campus in Rabat and is a part of Mohamed IV Polytechnic University (UM6P) which is in Ben Guerir, Morocco, near Marrakesh.

Profile recherché
Required Skills:
- Excellent orthograph and grammar in French and English;
- Word, Excel, PowerPoint;
- A Master’s degree Humanities & Social Sciences (history, anthropology, sociology, linguistics, etc.) or in Management (strategy, organization, HR, etc.) is a must;
- Experience in archives (in French, and/or English, and/or Arabic languages) or ethnographic experience on fieldwork would be a significant plus.
Preferred Skills:
- We would give priority to candidates who are ready for analytical as well as meaningful research work;
- Multitask with excellent and rigorous administration skills;
- Previous experience in African countries beyond Morocco is a plus;
- Good knowledge of research methodologies and strong interest in working with diverse organizations (public/private, different industries, etc.).
