Your missions :
- Plans and drives activities for specific department
- Defines and performs specific training sessions for the team
- Coordinates the implementation of lessons learned, best practice and actively shares the information within the network
- Coordinates local support for development of new production equipment and processes in coordination with Central Function
- Provides support in escalation topics from projects/production/quality complaints
- Provides regular reports to respective Central Functions and own superior(s)
- Escalates according to defined escalation paths
- Shared tasks
- Conducts, controls and ensures all data is recorded correctly in the API PRO system or equivalent if not available (Maintenance plans / schedules / spares used etc)
- Monitors and analyses the usage of tools and spare parts required to perform planned & unplanned maintenance activities for production equipment and implements improvement activities to reduce.
- Manages the workshop area for planned and Unplanned maintenance activities
- Ensures support:
- For investments budget regarding production equipment replacements and Infrastructure machineries
- For LTPM implementation and ensures following of the procedures
- In development and improvement of maintenance related procedures
- Works closely with production in order to reduce production equipment downtime and spare parts cost
- Determines the tools required in order to perform the maintenance ·
- Monitors performance of preventive and predictive maintenance process and unplanned maintenance incidents
- Provides input to the stock levels of spare parts (to Infrastructure team), which must be available for preventive & unplanned maintenance
- Manages and ensures the evaluation activities of repairs reports and takes proper actions in preventive maintenance, in order to reduce the unplanned maintenance incidents
- Continuously improves the maintenance process and equipment performance
- Provides feedback related to functionality and design (result from requalification and daily production usage) of equipment to Process Technology Team Leaders
- Un Planned Maintenance tasks
- Provides feedback of all unplanned maintenance activities to Maintenance System Technician
- Coordinates and ensures execution and performance of unplanned maintenance activities on production equipment
- Provides support for installation and movement of machinery.
- Planned Maintenance tasks
- Coordinates the maintenance interval with input from Infrastructure team and maintenance system technician
- Monitors correctness and adherence to the maintenance plan
- Coordinates and ensures execution and performance of preventive and predictive maintenance of production equipment
- Coordinates and ensures execution and performance of requalification for production equipment
- Implements system for data collection and analysis for predictive maintenance"
Profile recherché
Your skills:
- BA ( Bac +3 ) in a related field, such as facility management, business, information management, or engineering with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in automotive industry
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
