Poste

We are seeking a results-driven and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team in achieving revenue targets and expanding our customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company sales goals and objectives.
  • Lead, coach, and mentor the sales team to meet and exceed individual and team targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including identifying potential clients and partnerships.
  • Manage key client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and account management.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to make informed decisions and adjustments to the sales strategy.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to drive product awareness and improve sales strategies.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to senior management.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitive activities to make recommendations for strategic adjustments.

Profile recherché

Education:

  • University or college degree in Chemical Engineering, Business Administration minimum bachelor preferably MBA or master degree in sciences or engineering university Bachelor degree in Polymer Engineering.

Work Experience:

  • Min 5 years experience in Polymers, Sales, Marketing or Business Management.

– Knows how businesses work; knowledgeable in current and possible future policies, practices, trends, technology, and information affecting his/her business and organization; knows the competition; is aware of how strategies and tactics work in the marketplace.

Decision Quality
