For one of our big projects, we're hiring a Scrum Master (H/F).

The Scrum Master will have the following key responsibilities:
- Works with Product Manager Ond Product Owners to help ensure execution alignment for Scrum Teams.
- Facilitates Agile Scrum Team execution and fe0ture completion tracking for multiple Scrum Teams.
- Supports the Product Owner with the creation, refinement, and prioritization of user stories within a product backlog.
- Identifies and creates metrics that measure and report on team performance, backlOgs health Ond continuous improvement.
- Works with multiple in-house and external Scrum Teams enterprise-wide to remove impediments and mOnOge dependencies.
- Arranges and facilitates daily stand-up meetings and demos/retrospectives. Ensures quick inspection and proper use of an Agile process.
- Escalates and assists in the resolution of impediments to support the timely completion of sprint deliverables.
- Encourages and guides the adoption of Agile policies and procedures.
- Provides coaching on Agile practices and methods for assigned as well as Other Scrum Teams.
- Supports the implementation of improvement areas identified in team retrospectives.
- Ensures the work implemented by teams adheres to the steps and procedures
- Participates in scrum-of-scrums (SoS) to support the management and remediation of dependencies across multiple produCt/ application teams.
Profile recherché
At least 5 years of proven experience in a similar position
- Experience as a Scrum Master. Experience leading technical and non-technical teams in an Agile environment.
- Prior experience successfully managing a delivery of a technology solution
- Recommended Certified Scrum Master or Certified Scrum Professional (CSP).
- Knowledge and willingness to work on Knowledge and/or willingness to work on insurance accounting (in particular P&C).
- Strong Project management skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven ability to develop business relationships and communicate successfully with people at all levels of management;
- Excellent communication with all kind and level of profiles
- Excellent organization & time management
- Experience in User Stories (Jira / Confluence as tools)
- Experience in IFRS 9 and/or 17 roll-outs
- Experience & certification in Agile collaboration, ideally in Scrum Methodology
