Are you a talented Scrum Master / Product Manager looking to take on a new leadership challenge in a fast-growing technology company? Are you a dynamic team player who can build strong relationships, while maintaining a strong sense of organization and respect for deadlines? Responsibilities:

• Act as the Scrum Master for one or more Scrum teams, facilitating Sprint planning, daily stand-ups, Sprint reviews, and Sprint retrospectives.
• Attend business meetings to align the product roadmap and clarify requirements with stakeholders.
• Supervise the progress of Sprints, ensuring that the team is working effectively towards Sprint goals.
• Perform code reviews in React, Node.js, and Flutter, ensuring code quality and best practices are maintained.
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Technical Leads to define the product backlog and Sprint goals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with team members and stakeholders, fostering a culture of open communication and mutual respect.
• Ensure that the team is following Agile principles and Scrum framework effectively.
• Track and report key performance indicators to stakeholders.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar Agile certification.
• Technical background with experience in React, Node.js, and Flutter.
• Proven track record in managing Sprints and delivering high-quality software products.
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to build strong relationships with team members and stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Experience with version control systems, preferably Git.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude towards tackling challenges.

• Within the first few months, you have successfully facilitated Sprints that have led to the delivery of key features in our applications.
• You have built strong relationships with team members and stakeholders, fostering a culture of open communication and mutual respect.
• Your technical expertise has been demonstrated through effective code reviews and contributions to the team's technical discussions.
• You have provided valuable insights and feedback in business meetings, helping to shape the product roadmap.
