For this, we work in close partnership with all AXA entities.

Poste :

• Accurate and timely updating and reporting of volumes and costs to the central finance teams based on volumes extracted by product managers

• Maintain accurate cost control and update control files (business cases)

• Assist with the maintenance of forecasts in the finance tool

• Assist with the extraction and analysis of monthly actuals

• Provide day to day support for financial related queries

• Support to create purchase orders, managing activity codes and monitoring time tracking of resources within the division.
  

Profil recherché :

• Excellent communication skills (Fluent in English essential)

• Experienced in Excel and PowerPoint (Power BI is a plus)

• Knowledge of financial reporting and analysis

• Strong analytical skills

• Great customer service experience

• Strong task management and focus on deliverables

• Excellent collaboration skills to support (and be supported)

• Dynamic person, eager to work and learn

• Understanding of cybersecurity principles and terminology (optional)

• Experience in project financial management (optional)
