CGI is looking for a Senior Segment Controller that will report to the Finance manager and will be in charge of all controlling topics and activities related to two sectors and Morocco corporate functions. The person will be the main point of contact for the VP sector and will be part of a multi-country business and a finance team with members located in France, Morocco and Portugal.

Fonctions et responsabilités

• Solely responsible for Budget and Forecast activities of assigned segments in close alignment with respective VP sector
• Provide continuous analysis and monthly reporting of the development of KPIs including commenting on the relevant deviations;
• Cost controlling and productivity controlling
• Work through complexities of accounting treatments to help Project Managers manage and understand project financials
• Support business decisions by providing necessary financial analysis and transparency
• Ensure efficient business administration processes (postings, charging, revenue recognition, contract management etc.) and compliance with relevant internal and external rules and regulations
• Handling of ad-hoc queries and active participation in projects as required
• Proactively look for opportunities to optimize processes and value flows through standardization, automation and digitalization with the aim to increase efficiency and quality
  

8 years experience in controlling, strong team player with a service-orientated mindset who can adapt quickly to different situations & people and are highly effective in conflict management.
Strong organizational skills to keep the bigger picture in mind and to deliver expected results in an accurate and efficient way.
A high-degree of self-initiative with the ability to learn, manage uncertainties and undertake new challenges
Good communication and analytical skills.
Accounting and financial project control background, at least 8 years’ experience in similar positions
Excel advanced
Fluency in French and English.
