For one of our big projects, we're hiring a Senior Specialist Finance And Accounts (H/F).

The Senior Specialist Finance And Accounts (H/F) will have the following key responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage the Accounts Payable team
- Sound Knowledge in End to End Accounts payable process
- Monitoring workload and allocating work as appropriate to ensure that team performance remains within agreed KPIs
- Providing guidance, training and development to the team as required
- Manage and supervise activities of the team; by effective leadership, coaching and development.
- Conducting annual development reviews
- Monitor KPIs and dashboard and respond to performance challenges proactively to ensure excellent team performance
- Continually seek ways to achieve and improve on Service Standards, contribute towards business outcomes and enhance both internal and external customer service by on-job coaching and effective communication.
Profile recherché
- Graduate in Commerce from a reputed university
- At least 8 years of proven experience in a similar position.
- Experience in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable T&E & Reconciliation.
- Additional focus on Procurement skills
- Excellent communication and inter-personal skills.
- Good organisational and administrative ability including effective time management
- Excellent numeric skills
- Exposure in SAP, Ariba & People Soft application would be an added advantage
- Should be pro-active, self-reliant, confident and able to remain calm under pressure.
- Able to use their own initiative and work independently.
- Must be able to work effectively within a Team.
