As a Software Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless execution of projects from inception to delivery. Your responsibilities will include
• Strategic Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, closely monitoring and tracking progress at every stage.
• Project Coordination: Supervise and coordinate each phase of the project, ensuring that milestones are achieved on time and within budget.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct end-to-end tests to guarantee the delivery of high-quality software products that align with customer needs.
• Client Collaboration: Work directly with clients to clarify project requirements and manage relationships with stakeholders. Your goal is to ensure deliverables meet scope and budget expectations.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with various departments to ensure project compatibility and success, including managing 3rd party integrations.
• Reporting: Prepare and deliver concise and informative reports to upper management, escalating issues when necessary.
• Training: Conduct training sessions for clients to facilitate a smooth transition and utilization of the delivered software.
Profile recherché
To excel in this role, you should possess:
• Educational Background: Engineering degree in software development with significant experience in a similar position.
• Experience: Proven track record in software project management, with a strong technical background.
• Leadership Skills: Demonstrated leadership and decision-making capabilities.
• Organizational Prowess: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks with assertiveness.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Proficiency in French and Spanish is a must.
• Passion for Innovation: Enthusiasm for the video market and the ability to work on projects, including those with sensitive content.
• Agile Methodology: Knowledge of Agile methodology.
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Git, Intellij, and openLens.
