SQL and BI Developer Lead Contrat : CDI

Nous sommes structuré autour de Quatre Pôles :

• Le Consulting et Assistance à Maîtrise d'Ouvrage (MOA, AMOA) dédié Banques, Finance, Assurances.
• L’ingénierie applicative (La maîtrise d'œuvre de projets informatiques (MOE), Ingénierie de développement, TMA, TRA, …)
• La production et les infrastructures (Ingénierie, Assistance Technique infogérance, architecture systèmes et réseaux, sécurité, cyber sécurité , Digital…)
• L’Informatique Décisionnelle et BIG DATA (Architecture(Avant-vente/POC/ Pilotage Projet) , Développement, Expertise (Hadoop,NoSQL, …))

Context of the Service / Project
The person should be strong in
• Microsoft SQL
? SQL scripting – very strong as he/she needs to write complex and large stored
procedure
? SSIS/Package – Strong in writing ETL and packages
? SSAS – preferred and optional

Service Deliverables :
As a SQL & BI developer, you will be expected to work around our strategy for our Enterprise Data & BI
across the various business units, including:
• Leading and enforcing the strategic design and maintenance of the data warehouse and business
intelligence applications
• Administer and/or refine the current database environments and data governance to align with
corporate strategic objectives
• Focuses on leveraging Power BI for smart, real-time decisions.
• Design and maintain visual reports, dashboards and KPI scorecards using Power BI desktop
with the ability to connect to data sources, importing and transforming data into Business
Intelligence informative visuals and reports.
We are seeking a developer who has a data artist mindset as this role will consistently refine MS SQL
Data structures, Data warehouse and dashboards to employ the full power of SQL & BI both visually and
functionally

TECHNICAL AND/OR FUNCTIONAL SPECIFIC EXPERTISE REQUESTED
Qualifications:
• BS in Computer Science or Information Systems.
• At least 5 years of industry experience (preferably telecom but not necessarily).
• At least 2 years of experience using Agile Methodology.
• Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environments.
• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.
• A certification in MS SQL and MS Power BI is a definite advantage.
• Methodological skills
• Proven experience as a SQL, SSIS and Power BI Developer. Primarily MS SQL as database and
PowerBI as BI tool being used.
• Knowledge of scripting languages and programming languages like R and Python.
• Ability to work in an agile environment with a focus on continuous improvement.
Technical skills
• Experience in data warehouse (e.g. dimensional modeling) and data mining.
• In-depth understanding of ETL (Extract, transform, load) framework. Good knowledge of SQL
queries, SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) and SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS).
• Experience in creating data-rich dashboards, very strong in writing DAX expressions, and
implementing row-level security in Power BI.
• SQL querying for best results, use of filters and graphs for better understanding of data.
• Experience designing custom visuals using JavaScript libraries and CSS.

• Ability to communicate technical issues to non-technical users in multiple time zone
• Good Communication- Negotiations and facilitation and get everyone to consensus
• Proven abilities to take initiative and be innovative
