To strengthen our core team in Berrechid (Morocco), we are looking for a Supply Chain planner/ Production Planner
Poste
• Estimating the needs of production, products and raw materials for the Company's plants and sub-contracted factories, considering sales forecasts, stocks and customer orders;
• Managing the material codes and orders to suppliers;
• Ensuring the stock management process and strategy definition for each product; Ensuring an optimal level of stock to meet customer needs respecting the lead times;
• Leading the needed inventories and ensuring the justification of the gaps respecting the strategic objectives;
• Ensuring the interface with the Transportation / Customs agents;
• Production scheduling and planning;
• Distribution and launch of production orders;
• Organization of reception, storage, preparation and distribution of goods;
• Establishment and monitoring of warehouse dashboards;
• Control of stocks (stock rotation, etc.), supplies (volume, quality) and inventories;
• Ensure that any deviation or change is declared and fully documented in accordance with the quality system in place.
Profile recherché
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in stocks management and purchasing planning, in the pharmaceutical industry;
• Bachelor in Management, Economics or Logistics;
• Fluency in English and French (both written and spoken);
• Working knowledge of MS Office;
• Working knowledge of SAP ERP (MM, WM and SD);
• Working knowledge of the transportation/customs clearance legislations;
• Responsibility, organization, and ability to work under pressure.
