We're looking for a Team Leader Financial Planning Analyst (H/F) for our partner Carrier who is a leading provider of heating, ventilating, air conditioning and refrigeration systems, building controls and automation, and fire and security systems leading to safer, smarter, sustainable and high-performance buildings. Carrier is the world’s leader in high-technology heating, air-conditioning and refrigeration solutions.

Main responsibilities :

• Support HQ FP&A team with consolidation of forecast inputs across +20 entities across EMEA. Ensure file is updated in a timely manner to support forecast review during close periods. Follow up with entities for clarification / explanation of variances
• Support HQ FP&A team with consolidation of weekly orders / backlog input across +20 entities across EMEA. Ensure file is updated in a timely manner to support weekly review with senior leaders. Follow up with entities for clarification / explanation of variances
• Support distribution team with consolidation and input of Wiwits into the portal on a weekly basis
• Support distribution team with various reports on sales & margin analysis for services, key accounts, etc.
• Ensure ECAR requisitions are fully completed with all relevant information, and tracked through the approval process
• Support of consolidation of various other reports, gathering inputs from +20 entities across EMEA

Looking for a candidate with excellent analytical, financial accounting skills, problem-solving capabilities, and ability to multi-task and prioritize within a dynamic environment. You are expected to supply process improvements. Ideally you will be a strong communicator with project management skills, be organized, and highly-energetic in a dynamic and evolving professional environment. You should be hands-on in leading the analytical, reporting and other areas of responsibilities.

Qualification:

• Bac+5 in Finance ;
• 2+years of business finance or other relevant experience ;
• Strong communication skills both written and oral ;
• Strong work ethic ;
• Methodical approach with ability to identify / correct errors in data ;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products with advanced Excel and power point skills ;
• Familiarity with HFM reporting.
