The reporting factory team is responsible for:
? Operational maintenance of the different existing reports for Workplace and Network (more than 30) ? Managing requests for these reports (new releases, changes, access)
? Maintaining the operation of the dedicated Bi platform
? Creation of new reports (ad-hoc requests)
The Tech lead DATA is responsible:
- Managing the Monthly Steering Committee Reporting Factory for Workplace and Network (prepare and present contents to update Top Management on the RF activities)
- Keep track of recurring activities realized by the 04 experts Power BI
- Manage new release requests
- Manage report creation projects
- Update communication on sharepoint
Profile recherché
Technicals Expertise:
• Good expertise in IT (more than 5 years)
• Project management expertise, preferably in IT (mandatory)
• Good expertise of Agile Project Management and Azure DevOps
• Good expertise on Power BI / Power BI training
• Excellent expertise on Power Point presentation for Executive level (mandatory)
• Good expertise and usage of M365 Productivity Tools
• Work environment: both English & French
