Mohammed VI Polytechnic University (UM6P) is seeking applications for Technician in Agronomy and soil science or related subjects:
- Crop physiology
- Pedology
- Precision agriculture
The successful candidate is expected to provide high technical support in the field of agronomy, soil science, and precision agriculture. She/he will contribute to the development of new approaches and methods for soil characterization, crop phenotyping, irrigation monitoring and crop fertilization.
Key duties and responsibilities
- Conduct geophysical experiments
- Conduct agronomic field experiments
- Data collection
- Write technical reports
- Supervision of undergraduate students
- Actively participate in interdisciplinary research team activities
Profile recherché
Qualifications and expérience :
- Bachelors or masters degree in agronomy, soil science, or related fields
- 2 years experience in research and development activity
- Strong methodological and multidisciplinary skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and French
Contract
- Fixed-term contract (1 year, renewable once)
