Job Summary
The Video Specialist will be instrumental in enhancing our organization's visual presence, through capturing, editing, and producing high-quality filmic and motion design video content suitable for both internal and external broadcasting. This role will harness the power of visual storytelling to increase our company's brand recognition and engagement.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Capturing and Producing High-Quality Content
Capture studio-quality photographs and video for a wide range of organizational needs.
Work on-location and off-site to capture necessary footage, ensuring the highest level of quality and professionalism.
Produce and manage a rich content library that includes product and services videos, hiring videos, promotional content, and other types of videos as required.
Video Editing and Technical Management
Use advanced video editing tools to transform raw footage into captivating videos that resonate with our target audience or create motion design videos.
Oversee all technical aspects of the video production process, ensuring smooth recording and editing.
Collaborate with our creative team to ensure content is harmonious with other brand efforts.
Profile recherché
Team Collaboration and Strategy
Work closely with the marketing and branding team to develop a coherent video content strategy that aligns with organizational goals.
Adhere strictly to the company's brand guidelines to maintain consistency across all video content.
Present content ideas and final productions to senior management for approval.
Regularly collaborate with different departments to ensure video content meets specific departmental needs.
Qualifications
BA/BS degree in Video Production, Media Studies, or related field.
A minimum of 3 years of experience as a video specialist or in a similar role.
Proficiency in advanced video editing software like Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects.
Strong creative and critical thinking abilities.
Ability to work as part of a team and to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Good time-management skills and a keen eye for detail.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to convey visual ideas effectively.
Experience with motion graphics is a strong advantage.
A portfolio showcasing previous video projects would be preferred.
