Nous sommes structuré autour de Quatre Pôles :

• Le Consulting et Assistance à Maîtrise d'Ouvrage (MOA, AMOA) dédié Banques, Finance, Assurances.
• L’ingénierie applicative (La maîtrise d'œuvre de projets informatiques (MOE), Ingénierie de développement, TMA, TRA, …)
• La production et les infrastructures (Ingénierie, Assistance Technique infogérance, architecture systèmes et réseaux, sécurité, cyber sécurité , Digital…)
• L’Informatique Décisionnelle et BIG DATA (Architecture(Avant-vente/POC/ Pilotage Projet) , Développement, Expertise (Hadoop,NoSQL, …))

As a Database developer (MS SQL & SSIS), you will be expected to work around our strategy for our
Enterprise Data across the various business units, including:
• Leading and enforcing the strategic design and maintenance of the data warehouse
•Administer and/or refine the current database environments and data governance to align with
corporate strategic objectives
We are seeking a developer who has an Agile mindset as this role will consistently refine MS SQL
Data structures, Data warehouse to employ the full power of MS SQL & SSIS
Maintain a high level of awareness of the current and future database technologies and best
practices
Model database systems for performance and scalability
Write complex SQL including stored procedures, triggers, macros and ETL packages
Design and develop logical and physical data models and databases
Design, create, maintain and retrofit GWEN Cubes (SSAS)
Keep current with high standard of RDBMS and DWH effectiveness and functionality across GWEN
operational datawarehouse
Partner with the Tools Lifecycle and Project Management team, BI users, other developers and
Operations & Performance Management teams to define requirements, troubleshoot issues, fix bugs
and build out new solutions
Monitor and proactively plan for database expansion and performance by understanding the
business growth, plans and requirements
Work in an Agile mode with regular interactions with business owners and users to keep delivery
expectations in sync throughout the product and dashboard development cycle.
Translate business needs to technical specifications.
Reliable, self-motivated, and focused on high quality delivery of work products and willing to accept
responsibility and accountability.
Manage his or her own project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables, while being aware of possible
issues in relation to the priorities of others

Qualifications / Experience Required:
• Education
Must - Bachelor’s or master’s degree in related technical field
Must- At least 5 years of industry experience (preferably telecom but not necessarily).
Desirable - At least 2 years of experience using Agile Methodology.
Desirable - A certification in MS SQL is a definite advantage.
Must - Strong Database (SQL Server) and Programming experience background
•Professional Experience
Hands-on Experience in Big Data technology stack both On Cloud and On Premise – Spark & Scala,
Sqoop, HDFS, YARN, Oozie, Hive, Python, Flume, Kafka, Kinesis, Spark Streaming
Hands on Experience in developing CI/CD pipeline on Gitlab Runner using tools such as SonarQube,
Checkmarx, Ansible and Kubernetes
Integration of Spark with MongoDB
Good Knowledge of Machine Learning Algorithms for Supervised, Unsupervised and Reinforcement
Learning
