Poste

• Applying the group’s hiring strategy in terms of image, right sourcing mode , selection criteria, recruitment and onboarding process
• Sourcing the right candidates for all vacant roles based on updated job descriptions and hiring requisitions.
• Reaching the fill rates and recruitment targets accordingly with the company’s hiring and growth plans
• Developing effective and long lasting recruitment partnerships with public and private organizations (Anapec, schools, universities..etc.)
• Creating and maintaining an active applicant’s data base
• Making sure that all job requisitions have been approved before launching the recruitment campaign
• To guarantee that all candidates are going through the necessary assessment and interview steps before being offered and hired
• Actively participating to all follow up meetings subsequent to every integration to make sur the correct feed back is given by the hiring department.
• Updating, organizing and archiving all recruitment documents in full compliance with the multinational’s policy.
• Assisting the Talent Acquisition Manager in all internal and external audits and guaranteeing a full compliance with the company’s quality and confidentiality standards
• Organizing and coordinating internal hiring campaigns (Advertising, applying first filters, scheduling assessments and interviews

Profile recherché
• A bachelor level in HR, communication, Marketing, economics, English literature..etc
• A minimum of three years’ experience in a similar role in a big and structured Business process outsourcing/off shoring environment
• A good mastery of office suit (Word, excel, Power point..)
• Knowledge base in local labor laws ad regulations
• A high mastery of selection, assessment and interviewing technics, (how to get the best of every candidates)
• A high sense of Confidentiality HR Ethics respect,
• You are a w well organized, sociable and highly communicative person
• Ability to gain the candidates and internal client’s trust. You are a leading, inspiring and persuasive person
