This will involve actively working towards exceeding customer expectations and actively contributing to the ongoing success of our company.

This role involves a variety of tasks focused on ensuring customer satisfaction.

  • Responding to customer inquiries promptly and efficiently via phone, email, and other communication channels.
  • Resolving customer issues and complaints in a timely and effective manner, escalating complex problems as needed.
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Contributing to the improvement of customer service processes by identifying and suggesting solutions.
  • Collaborating effectively with other team members to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Proactively identifying and addressing potential customer issues before they escalate.

In addition to these tasks, you will be involved in ongoing training and development to stay current with best practices and enhance skills. You will also be encouraged to participate in team meetings and contribute innovative ideas.

Profile recherché

The ideal candidate holds a Bac +2 degree, with a specialization in Commercial / Sales / Export, or a closely related field. While this educational background is preferred, equivalent experience in a customer-facing role may also be considered. We are seeking someone who demonstrates an inherent ability to understand and respond to customer needs effectively. A strong academic record reflects the dedication to continued learning and development that we value in our team members. Practical experience, coupled with a strong educational background, provides a compelling combination for success in this position.

Previous experience in a customer service role is crucial. While the required experience is specified as 1 to 1 years, individuals with more extensive customer service experience will be favorably considered. The ability to handle various customer situations with professionalism and diplomacy is essential. Practical experience in resolving customer complaints, handling transactions efficiently, and maintaining accurate records is paramount. We look for individuals who have proven themselves in a similar setting, exhibiting the capacity for clear communication, empathy, and problem-solving abilities.
