We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative who is fluent in written and oral Dutch, and eager to make a positive impact in the oil and gas industry. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for delivering top-class customer service experience with complete ownership, managing end-to-end customer performing tasks from account creation to post-service support.


Responsibilities/Tasks:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for a set of B2B customers, owning all customer communication, including simple queries, invoice management, and disputes
  • Demonstrate proactivity and ownership, collaborating with various internal stakeholders to resolve customer queries and unlock answers
  • Analyze incoming requests, solve problems, investigate root causes, and summarize findings to provide quicker resolutions
  • Ensure timely completion of all activities, including account creation, order processing, account maintenance, and collections
  • Manage accounts receivables, such as overdue management and review of unbilled sales
  • Provide detailed information on account status for each customer and report to multiple stakeholders
Profile recherché

Minimum Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification
  • 0-2 years of experience in customer service or order-to-cash
  • Fluency in Dutch at a C2/C1 level and English at a B2 level
  • Experience using SAP, Ticket Management ERPs, and Microsoft Office

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong listening and comprehension abilities
  • Ability to understand customer issues and provide full first contact resolution
  • Good interpersonal and issue resolution skills
  • Strong collaboration and coordination skills
