Job Scope :

A Data Management Senior Consultant is a Middle Management level professional who provides expert guidance and consulting services to clients in the area of data management.

Driving DG strategy and its implementation

Main Duties and Responsibilities :

- Design & supporting client data management needs and developing customized solutions.
- Designing and implementing data management strategies and processes.
- Overseeing the creation, integration and maintenance of data management systems.
- Providing guidance on data governance and data quality.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure data is being effectively used to meet business needs.
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in data management technology.
- Developing and delivering training programs for clients on data management best practices.
- Mentoring and managing junior consultants on projects.
- Implement the data governance framework and operating model and roles and responsibilities.
- Design & implement the data governance process workflows
- Conduct requirement gathering, business analysis, and any data architecture activities with the data governance
- Participate in the data maturity assessment sessions and gap analysis. - Participate in alignment with EA teams and data strategy across the organization.
- Coordinate with the project teams and others to ensure that data standards and models align with the overall enterprise architecture and applicable standards.
- Define roles and responsibilities related to data governance and data quality, develop related processes and procedures, and establish a common understanding and visibility of all agency data assets.
- Develop a strong working relationship with the appropriate business users and provide business-impact-driven analysis and communicate results to stakeholders.
- and external parties (vendors, customers) Assist with special projects or ad-hoc reviews as needed

The ideal candidate for this role will have extensive experience in data management, strong leadership skills, excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, and a deep understanding of data management technologies and methodologies. With succesfull track for Data Management and Data governance implementation, Exposure to large organizations ( Private and Public) and to executives. Proficient in Presentations.

Key Competencies :

- Supporting the CDO in executing their strategy.
- Liaising with the data definition owners and the CDMO Global Data Definitions team – ensuring the data definition processes are adequately followed, issues resolved etc.
- Liaising with Manufacturing, Business Lines, Support functions: Finance, HR, and Procurement Leaders, ect. ensuring that they can work effectively within the data management framework.
- Setting up policies and processes related to data, and ensuring their compliance by the organization.
- Liaising with relevant experts to demonstrate that data privacy and protection, security, and access are properly managed.
- Liaising with relevant experts to ensure operational and IT efficiency related to data, including, but not limited to :

• Data architecture for efficient data exchange
• Optimized data usage.
• Optimized technical landscape and teams.
• Managing metadata.
